Entry amendments

Adding more wines
You are able to add more wines to your profile after submitting your entry so long as it is before the Online Entry Deadline. Please contact lee.sharkey@agilemedia.co.uk if you encounter any problems.

Wine detail amendments
Wine detail amendments (such as amending the vintage of a wine) after submitting your entry will be accepted up until the Bottle Delivery Deadline of 05 February 2024. Please email swa@agilemedia.co.uk to do this. Charges may be incurred for amendments made after this date.

Removing wines
Entries may be cancelled up to 14 days after the original booking date by contacting swa@agilemedia.co.uk . After this date, entry fees are non refundable. Alternatively you may replace the product with another product at no additional cost up until 05 February 2024. Charges may be incurred for amendments made after this date.

Duplicated entries will not be refunded. Please check that your agent or producer has not already entered the same wine.

Wines found not to be eligible
If, after the entry deadline but before judging begins, a still wine is found to have high street distribution, it will be deemed not eligible to enter the competition and disqualified. In this case, an administrative charge of 50% will be incurred, and the samples will be retained by the organiser. After judging has begun, no credit is possible. Please see the eligibility guidelines for further details.
