Shipping Information

Once you have submitted your wines online, please arrange to send 4 samples of each wine to our warehouse ready for judging.

Please remember to send your wines by 6 March 2026 to:

When importing into the UK please send DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Wine Logistics will not accept or pay any courier charges, unless agreed in advance.

A sample commercial invoice can be found by clicking here. Please add your company and entry infomation into the sheet and include it with your shipping paperwork.

Please go into My Wine Portfolio where you can print out the wines you have entered and include this print out in your shipping boxes to help us identify your samples..
