With the launch of their new hospitality industry members club, Trade, recently, we take a look at how former SWA judges Gearoid Devaney MS and Xavier Rousset MS are working with EuroCave.

Popular London restaurant, Cabotte, located in the heart of the city specialises in Burgundian food and wine. The wine list is comprehensive and affordable, as you’d expect from having two Master Sommelier’s as owners.

As many of the wines on offer at Cabotte are rare vintages, Gearoid and Xavier turned to SWA sponsor, EuroCave, for an impressive onsite cellar solution.

The basement cellar is conditioned by EuroCave’s INOA cellar conditioner and small undercounter cabinets, and in the restaurant itself the ShowCave cabinets are on show in the private dining room.
