The on-trade take on SWA 2017

Every year the SWA Gold Book gets distributed across the UK to on-trade professionals in restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and venues. The competition serves to help establishments choose the best wines for their list, depending on their requirements.

Here's just some of the on-trade feedback we've had on our 2017 winners so far...

'When I judged in SWA 2017, I was impressed by specific wines from the Hallgarten portfolio and have since struck up a really fruitful professional relationship with them. They have helped me find just the right wines which I now sell by glass on a regular basis. I can't say thank you enough to SWA for this great contact.' Tanya Mann, Linden House Stansted.

'I've got a Carménère blend on my list at the moment from SWA - it's a good seller by the glass.' Maurizio Palomba, Sushisamba 'SWA is the only on-trade competition and I think it's vital that everyone gets as much help as they can to pull together a good list for consumers'.
