Lutyens Grill at The Ned

I grew up in a hospitality family, working in my parents Italian restaurant. After studying Business and Hospitality management in Birmingham I have spent time working in Europe, North America and Australia. On returning to the UK I started working for The Gilbert Scott by Marcus Wareing where I was head Sommelier. I then moved to The Ned, where I am GM at Lutyens Grill, and working alongside group Sommelier Vincent Gasnier, I look after the wines for the hotel.
