'A complex wine with intense dried orange peel and apricots, and good balance between acidity, body and alcohol, all leading to a long finish of lemon with a hint of green apple.' 'A ripe and concentrated style showing signs of maturity with notes of red apples, butter and dried herbs. This is a serious champagne that can accompany a whole meal with no issues.'
