How-to enter 50 wines or more
If you’d like to enter 50 wines or more into the Sommelier Wine Awards, we have an offline form for you to complete. We do this to make life easier for you and will invoice you once you have submitted your entry.
1) Please download the form and enter all required fields.

2) Some of the fields are dependent on the category your wine falls into (Essentials, Specialist etc.) and will / will not need filling in. Also, where possible, use the dropdowns (Vintage, Country, Section etc.) to fill in each column - this will ensure the accuracy of the data submitted.
3) Once complete, please send the form to swa@agilemedia.co.uk and the team will upload your entries to the website. Please ensure your bulk entry form is sent to us no later than the entry deadline 20 January 2025.
4) You will then receive a confirmation email and invoice from us.
5) Once payment has been received and all entries confirmed, please send your bottles by the delivery deadline of 03 February 2025.
